When Parkview Group purchased our 64 space mobile home park, there was a lot of work to do. We had a dozen bad tenants, many major repairs, unhappy tenants and many tenants we wanted to show we invested for the long term and not the short term. For the first three years, myself and six other partners managed the park ourselves. This became too time consuming and we decided to find a management company to handle our investment. One partner heard of Lisa at A. Hunter. We interviewed her at the property and immediately hired her.

We are about to complete our 3rd year with A. Hunter and have been incredibly happy with our service. Our mobile home park has satisfied tenants and all major problems are gone.
