Have you ever tried to write a testimonial fearing that nothing that you were linguistically able to say would do justice to the subject of the letter? That's the case here, but I'll give it a try.

I've been an attorney and businessman for almost 30 years. One of my business enterprises has been the ownership of a 30-unit mobile home park (since 1979) presently being expanded to accommodate 101 homes.
