Training SERVICE For $1250 per day plus expenses, A. Hunter will come to your location to help you with the following, plus any other needs you may have:

Review Leases, Rules and Regulations
Review applications and make suggestions for obtaining and retaining the best tenant
Create and/or review personnel policy manual
Review employee orientation programs
Help community managers begin to enforce Guidelines
Help design a community newsletter and help write it
Review in-house training programs and suggest improvements
